Treasury Assistant

The Treasury Assistant will be responsible for providing assistance in the administrative processes and initiatives of the Treasury.

• Manages bank accounts for all 1AP business units, including but not limited to account opening, maintenance, updates, and closure in line with operational and regulatory requirements
• Assists in preparing the documentation for bank account onboarding and maintenance, signatory updating,online banking, regulatory compliance, corporate cards and related matters
• Prepares bank certificate requests for various purposes, including but not limited to audit requirements, visa applications, BOC renewals, and other official requirements
• Assists with Statements of Account (SOAs) and connect the Business Units (BUs) to the Cash Management team and/or requestors for existing bank and passbook accounts.
• Assists in the coordination and execution of ad-hoc projects that contribute to treasury process improvements and other initiatives

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be

To Succeed in this Role, we need someone who

• Familiar in Treasury System and other related systems relevant to Treasury functions
• Organized and with good time management skills
• Proficient in MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access

What You Will Need

• Education & Experience:
• Professional: At least 1-2 years of experience in Treasury Management and Operations or an equivalent function
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or any business related course
