Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager with UX/UI role based in Taguig. The Product Manager will oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle for credit information and scoring solutions, from discovery and requirements gathering to launch and continuous improvement. Daily responsibilities include translating business and user needs into product roadmaps, collaborating with engineering, data, and business teams, and defining clear product requirements and success metrics. The role involves leading UX/UI design initiatives, creating wireframes and prototypes, and ensuring intuitive, accessible, and compliant user experiences across platforms. The Product Manager will analyze product performance, gather user feedback, prioritize feature enhancements, and support stakeholder communication to ensure alignment with ICS’s mission of improving financial accessibility.

Qualifications

• Product management skills, including roadmap development, requirements definition, stakeholder management, and agile delivery.
• UX/UI competencies such as user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and collaboration with designers and developers.
• Analytical and research capabilities, including data interpretation, market analysis, and translating insights into product features.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or credit scoring products, with familiarity of credit reporting concepts and regulatory considerations.
• Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to work on-site in a cross-functional environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver products on time.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Design, or a related field; relevant certifications in product management or UX/UI are an advantage.
• Comfort with modern product and design tools (e.g., Jira or similar for tracking, Figma or similar for UX/UI) and basic understanding of software development processes.
