About the role

HR OFFICER

  • Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

The HR Officer is responsible for supporting day-to-day Human Resources operations, including employee onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, documentation, and compliance. The role works closely with employees, managers, and other departments to ensure efficient HR processes and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Onboarding

  • Ensure completion and accuracy of pre-employment and onboarding requirements.
  • Coordinate employee requirements with relevant HR teams.
  • Assist employees with onboarding-related concerns and inquiries.
  • Ensure proper completion and filing of employee documents.

Employee Relations

  • Assist employees and managers with HR-related concerns and inquiries.
  • Support the implementation of employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Assist in addressing employee concerns and coordinate with the appropriate HR team when necessary.
  • Promote positive employee relations and a healthy workplace environment.
  • Assist in employee activities and company programs.

HR Administration & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR files.
  • Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Monitor and maintain HR trackers and databases.
  • Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of employee information.
  • Coordinate with different departments regarding HR documentation and employee concerns.

HR Compliance

  • Ensure HR processes and documentation comply with company policies and applicable labor requirements.
  • Monitor completion of required employee documents.
  • Assist in internal audits and compliance-related activities.
  • Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

HR Support

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR programs, policies, and initiatives.
  • Coordinate with managers and department heads regarding HR-related matters.
  • Perform other HR-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • With experience in HR operations, employee relations, onboarding, or HR administration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Good time-management and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor practices and HR processes is an advantage.
  • Able to handle confidential information professionally.
