QA Officer

THE ROLEEnsures compliance with policies and procedures based on underwriting manuals and guidelines. Completes quality evaluations that may be required on a regular interval. Monitor the quality of work of the Underwriting Team. Review and verify processed loan applications and documentation.DUTIES/

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure credit underwriting compliance with the policies and procedures to control risk. Verify correctness of information and review various documents provided and captured on the system. Monitors team performance and adherence to SLA.Analyze quality assurance data and making recommendations for process improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Administration, Management, Commerce, Finance, Banking, Mathematics1 to 4 years of relevant experience in Banking and Financial, Credit Evaluation

Knowledge on credit process, monitoring and evaluation techniques, self-motivated, detail oriented, verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills
