Qualifications: Project Manager / Project Coordinator

Bilingual Communication Skills

• Business-level Japanese proficiency (N3 or above)
• English communication skills for coordinating with project clients
• Ability to understand project explanations, team roles, and internal coordination conducted in Japanese

Project Management Skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong task prioritization and time management skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage project deliverables

Client Management

• Ability to act as the primary contact (Madoguchi) between clients and internal teams
• Experience coordinating client requirements and internal project activities

Client Communication Skills

Ability to clearly explain project scope,

schedule

• s, tasks, and targets to clients
• Risk & Issue Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to identify and escalate issues appropriately
• Ability to propose and implement solutions
• Schedule & Process Control
• Ability to monitor project progress and keep projects on track
• Ensure smooth project execution and process compliance

Technical Understanding

• Basic understanding of network systems
• Knowledge of EDI processes
• Understanding of authorization systems
• Familiarity with testing workflows
• Training will be provided for technical processes
• Business Process Understanding (Credit Card Operations / Gyoumu)
• Ability to understand internal operations and business processes
• Willingness to learn credit card-related business processes through training
• Ability to apply learned knowledge in project execution
