Job Summary

We are seeking a Telecom Technical Support Representative to provide technical assistance to customers experiencing issues with internet and data services. The role involves troubleshooting network connectivity problems, guiding customers through technical solutions, and ensuring timely resolution of service disruptions in line with company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or any related IT course.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in technical support, help desk, or IT support is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, networking, and computer hardware.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on shifting
