Looking for a Registered Nurse to provide safe, timely, and patient-centered nursing care and support daily clinic operations!

JOB SUMMARY

The Registered Nurse will attend to patients, perform basic nursing assessments and procedures, assist physicians during consultations and treatments, maintain proper clinical documentation, and help ensure compliance with patient safety and infection prevention standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform basic nursing assessments, take and record vital signs, and document relevant patient information
• Provide appropriate nursing care and assistance within the scope of nursing practice
• Assist physicians during consultations, examinations, treatments, and minor procedures
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician and within the authorized scope of practice
• Coordinate with physicians and other clinic personnel to support efficient patient flow and continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and clinical documentation
• Follow infection prevention, patient safety, confidentiality, and other clinic protocols
• Help ensure that medical supplies, equipment, and treatment areas are properly prepared and maintained
• Participate in required training and quality improvement activities
• Perform other nursing-related duties consistent with the position

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Registered Nurse with a valid PRC license
• Fresh graduates may be considered
• Experience in a clinic, hospital, diagnostic center, outpatient facility, or primary care setting is an advantage
• Experience in physician assistance and direct patient care is preferred
• Good communication, documentation, and patient service skills
• Organized, dependable, and able to work effectively with a healthcare team

WORK REQUIREMENTS

• Full-time, onsite work at Xentro

Mall Batangas City

• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, walking, bending, and reasonable lifting
• Able to observe appropriate safety precautions in a clinical environment
• Willing to work beyond regular hours when necessary due to emergencies or operational requirements
