About the role
JOB SUMMARY:The Sales Designer is responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process, from initial proposal development tothe preparation of production documents. This role focuses on driving sales growth, managing client relationships,and contributing to the overall success of the sales department. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional withstrong interpersonal and technical skills.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Conduct fieldwork to identify and map potential clients.2. Collaborate with the technical team to conceptualize designs based on client specifications and technicalrecommendations.3. Prepare designs using Sketch Up for client approval.4. Produce CAD drawings and 3D designs in a timely manner.5. Initiate project costing based on approved designs.6. Coordinate with the project team throughout the entire project lifecycle.7. Monitor all owned projects closely from the initial proposal through to installation.8. Maintain daily updates on the project team tracker to ensure accurate prioritization.9. Gather client feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.10. Maintain client relationships by providing ongoing support, researching new opportunities, and suggestingimprovements for profit and service.11. Stay informed of the latest developments in the design and modular cabinet industry.12. Execute any other related tasks assigned by Management.REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLSProficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch up and Vray Software
