About the role

The HR Officer is responsible for supporting and managing day-to-day human resources activities, including recruitment, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, employee relations, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The role ensures that HR processes are properly implemented and that employees receive timely and professional HR support.

Key responsibilities

Manage recruitment activities, including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Prepare employment documents, contracts, and other personnel-related paperwork. Maintain accurate and updated employee 201 files and HR records. Monitor employee attendance, leave applications, and other employee timekeeping records. Coordinate with payroll regarding attendance, overtime, leave, and other payroll-related information. Assist in employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes. Implement and communicate company HR policies, rules, and procedures. Assist in handling employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues professionally and confidentially. Monitor employee performance evaluation

About you

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role. Knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation. Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and government-mandated employee requirements is an advantage. Good organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality. Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments.
