Bookkeeper

Meadow Manufacturing Corporation, a sister company of Marigold Manufacturing Corporation is in search of Bookkeeper. The Bookkeeper is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for affiliate companies. This role ensures proper recording of transactions, preparation of trial balances, and support for financial statement preparation while adhering to accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain books of accounts for affiliate companies, including Cash Receipts, Cash Disbursements, General Journal and General Ledger books. Prepare monthly adjusting entries for accruals and prepayments. Generate unadjusted and adjusted trial balances to support financial statement preparation. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Coordinate with internal teams for timely posting and reconciliation of transactions. Minimum Qualifications/ Experience: Accounting graduate

Work experience related to bookkeeping is an advantage. Required Certifications or Special Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and Word
