About the role
Responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware, software, and networks. Likewise, for providing technical assistance and training to end users. Installs, configures, and periodically inspects and upgrades operating systems and software using the standard business software. Installs assembles and configures computers, monitors, network infrastructure, and peripherals. Does rewiring of cables as required for new installations, office reconfiguration, and relocations.
