Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join Creative Infosolutions, Inc. in Taguig City, Metro Manila on a full-time basis. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from conception through completion, ensuring that all initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is pivotal to our organisation's success, as you will be the driving force behind coordinating teams, managing resources, and maintaining stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Your strategic oversight will directly impact our reputation, profitability, and ability to secure future projects.

Key responsibilities

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction project management
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations
• Proficiency in project management software and tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with sound decision-making skills
• Experience with budget management and cost control
