Human Resources Generalist

The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, attendance monitoring, employee records, onboarding, HR documentation, and implementation of company policies. The role works closely with employees and management to ensure smooth and effective HR operations.

• Handle recruitment, applicant screening, interviews, and hiring coordination.

• Handle employee concerns and assist in resolving workplace issues.
• Support the implementation of company policies and procedures.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR databases.
• Assist in performance evaluation and employee development activities.
• Coordinate training, meetings, and other HR activities.
• Ensure confidentiality of employee information.
• Assist management with other HR-related tasks and administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related course.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in HR Generalist or related HR functions.
• Knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, attendance, and HR documentation.
• Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR-related systems.
• Can work independently and handle confidential information professionally.

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
