BUSINESS ANALYST

Propelrr is looking for a Business Analyst who can turn business needs and data into actionable insights and effective solutions. You'll work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to improve processes, support decision-making, and help deliver successful projects. Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Create process flows, documentation, reports, and presentations
• Analyze data and provide actionable insights to support business decisions
• Collaborate with developers, QA, project managers, and other teams
• Assist in defining project scope, requirements, and deliverables
• Support testing, validation, and implementation of business solutions
• Monitor project progress and help ensure requirements are properly delivered

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

• Ability to create process flows and business documentation
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
