Job Summary: We're keen to bring on a confident and persistent Appointment Setter to support the growth of our digital marketing services for local businesses. This role centers on outbound cold calling to home service businesses, introducing our SEO solution, and booking qualified appointments for our team. The right fit is at ease on the phone, handles objections smoothly, and is driven by hitting booking targets. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound cold calls to home service businesses from a supplied lead database

• Use an integrated dialer system to handle high-volume outbound calling
• Relay prospect feedback and common objections back to the team
• Keep accurate records to support performance tracking and reporting
• Mandatory Skills: Proven experience in cold calling and outbound appointment setting
• Excellent spoken English with clear, neutral pronunciation and strong phone presence
• Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally and persistently
• Comfortable placing a high volume of outbound calls each day
• Background working with CRMs or lead management platforms
• Experience using a cloud-based dialer system
• Dependable, meticulous, and self-sufficient
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow scripts and processes accurately
• Preferred Skills: Experience calling into the US market, particularly West Coast time zones

Familiarity with Cloud

• Talk or similar VoIP/dialer software
• Background selling or setting appointments for digital marketing, SEO, or local business services
• Experience working with home services businesses (contractors, trades, local service providers)
• Familiarity with Google Business Profile and local SEO concepts
• Ability to track personal performance metrics and self-manage toward targets
