Full job description

• Responsible for determining the overall strategic, operational, and technical scope of new business opportunities with customers and prospects. Will works closely with sales and implementation teams to understand strategic business issues and the craft and communicate solution strategies.
• Product scoping and sizing of customer requirement
• Deep dive product presentations of solutions offering (Data Center, Enterprise Network, Cybersecurity)
• Conduct product demos or Proof of Concept (POC) including pre-POC meetings and POC results presentations.
• Conduct Presales activities such as Heatmapping, Site Survey and Network Assessment
• Planning and Road-mapping with Customers to create recommended Network Design.
• Terms of Reference (TOR) Creation and Checking
• Reviewer of Scope of Work (SOW) to make sure that Implementation setup is aligned with the network design.
• Works with other Professional Services Team and Project Management team for a successful project implementation from start to finish.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Other assigned tasks from time to time as the need arises.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Engineering, or any related College IT course
• 1+ years proven work experience as presales engineer experience, solutions consultant.
• Excellent communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset.
• Excellent in presentation skills.
• Knowledgeable in I.T. solutions selling especially for Data Center, Network, and Security Solutions offering.
• Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
• Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php65,000.00 per month
