Business Systems Support Analyst

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve software bugs, error codes, and performance slowdowns.
• Incident Management: Track, triage, and solve support tickets while meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
• User Access: Manage user accounts, permissions, and security roles.
• Collaboration: Work with software engineers and vendors to report persistent bugs and test updates.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to find the root cause of technical errors.
• Communication: Ability to explain complex tech problems clearly to non-technical users.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with databases, system logs, ticketing tools, and monitoring software such as Microsoft SharePoint, Has basic knowledge in SharePoint and SQL. MS Office proficient. Has knowledge in Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Devise process improvement/s. Multimedia and Graphic Skills. Manual Functional Testing. Wireframing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), or other related fields.
• With knowledge or experience in SAP, preferably in SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, or SAP BW/BI.
• SAP certification is preferred but not necessarily required.
• With experience or exposure in SAP implementation, configuration, system support, troubleshooting, integration, reporting, or process improvement.
• With basic project management experience, preferably with participation in at least one full SAP project lifecycle/cycle.
