About the role

Opportunity: Our client is a growth acceleration firm for ambitious consumer brands, blending the strategic rigour of a management consultancy, the innovation of a creative studio, and the precision of a media agency. With over $100M in revenue under management, the team pairs proprietary technology and AI-powered dashboards with hands-on execution to make profitable growth predictable. We service a range of different clients from multi-national retail brands to fintech start-ups, allowing for exposure across multiple industries and a dynamic environment with significant opportunities to grow. Job Summary: As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various channels (Google, Meta, TikTok etc.) to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Just as importantly, you will work inside AI-enabled workflows and help build the systems, processes, and documentation that make strong performance repeatable, turning what works on one account into a standard the whole team can run. Responsibilities: Execute performance-driven digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth for our ecommerce business. Collaborate with the creative team on providing reporting on winning ads and key themes

Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities. Conduct regular analysis of campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Analyze campaigns based on performance data, A/B testing, and industry best practices to improve ad efficiency, channel budget allocations and creative optimization. Leverage analytics tools such as Shopify, Claude and other MCPs to gain insights into customer behavior, media performance, and attribution modeling. Build and maintain AI-assisted workflows that accelerate recurring work: ad copy variation, campaign QA, and performance summaries — while keeping a human check on accuracy, brand fit, and platform compliance. Design and document repeatable systems, SOPs, and templates so campaign setup, optimization, and reporting are consistent and auditable across a growing client roster. Automate reporting and alerting through connected data sources and dashboards, reducing manual pulls and shortening the time between insight and action. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging platforms, and new marketing technologies, including AI tooling

Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals. Contribute to the internal knowledge base, prompt libraries, playbooks, and process documentation, so improvements compound across the team instead of living with one person. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).3+ years work experience as a Performance Marketing Specialist in an ecommerce or digital marketing role. Experience in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Paid social (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Reddit)

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing best practices, including audience targeting, segmentation, and attribution modeling. Familiarity with ecommerce and analytics platforms such as Shopify, GA4, Google Merchant Centre, Meta Commerce Manager, TikTok Shops

Hands-on experience applying AI tools to marketing work — for example LLM assistants for analysis, copy generation etc. with sound judgment about where AI adds value and where it does not.A systems mindset: demonstrated experience turning ad-hoc work into documented, repeatable process: SOPs, templates, checklists, or lightweight internal tooling. Comfort building and maintaining reporting infrastructure (Google Sheets, Advanced Excel, Claude Code)

Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated output for accuracy, brand standards before it reaches a client or internal team

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks effectively. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes. Willing to work on a graveyard shift. Why Join Us: Be part of a company that values innovation, growth, and client success. Work with proprietary technology and AI-powered dashboards, and help shape how AI is applied across a growing client portfolio. Own real scope: the systems and processes you build become how the team operates, not a side project. Work with a diverse range of clients, from multi-national retail brands to fintech start-ups. Enjoy a dynamic and fast-paced work environment with significant opportunities for professional growth and development. Benefit from the flexibility of a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. Join our team and be part of a company that values innovation, growth, and client success!
