Must be accommodating, well-spoken and ensure proper attention in every customer inquiry. Perform installation and configuration of hardware/software products. Perform troubleshooting and repair of hardware products. Prepare daily and weekly reports on repairs. Provide technical support to customers. Provide timely response for any service issues and requests. Must have background in doing preventive maintenance of Fire Detection and Alarm System and other Auxiliary and Security products.QUALIFICATIONS:Applicants must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering or Electrical Engineering, Information Technology and any related field. Licensed ECE /EE is a PLUS.With at least 1 year of working experience as Service Engineer, Technical Engineer or any related field. Must be familiar with Building Technology System, CCTVs, door access, Public Address and Voice Alarm (PAVA), and Fire Detection and Alarm Systems (FDAS)Innovative, results-oriented, flexible, proactive, systematic, and organized
- Agile, able to multi-task, and has great attention to details
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Can do fieldwork
