Full job description

• Graduate of Bachelors Degree;
• With atleast 3-5 years related work experience, preferably in Glass/Aluminum industry.
• Responsible in Material Requisition and Purchasing, Fabrication and Site Liaison; monitor the purchases from all suppliers and ensure that delivery dates are properly achieved and any variances reported.
• Coordinate closely with the engineering team staff and directly with Project

Coordinators, Factory manager, receiving and on occasions the PIC at the respective project site.

• Ensure that all purchase orders are issued to suppliers & sub-contractors have been properly assessed in accordance with Work Instructions.
• Administer all procurement documents generated from engineering office to suppliers.
• Monitor the project cost estimate to ensure that purchased are not outside the budgeted items.
• Responsible for the preparation of all reports relating to purchasing as required by management and in accordance with Seapac operation conditions.
• Material procurement schedule is to follow cost codes and purchases are to be monitored and checked against these cost codes. If errors are found then this is to be immediately be reported to the project Coordinator for correction.
• With good communication skills.
• Willing to assign in Makati City.

• Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
