About the role
The position is primarily responsible for providing support in the implementation of sales and operating strategies to attain revenue and profit targets. The position is also responsible for maintaining partnerships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides support to the Department Head in implementing sales and operating strategies to attain revenue and profit targets.
- Executes sales drive strategies to optimize sales.
- Evaluates profitability of accounts and recommends remedial action to maintain favorable account loss ratios.
- Mobilizes the team in prospecting and networking with potential clients.
- Reviews proposal letter to prospective client.
- Ensures accuracy of insurance sales in terms of amount, client, branch, and other details.
- Monitors account conservation, timely renewal of policies, and collection of premium payments.
- Communicates with Insurance Product team in developing and enhancing products.
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- At least three (3) years work-related experience in (Life / Non-Life / Health-HMO) and Marketing.
- Preferably with driving skills.
- Amenable to do field work
- Willing to work in Makati/Pasay area
