Creative Growth Assistant Training Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a **Creative Growth Assistant Training Specialist** to join our training team and help prepare newly hired and existing team members for success in their roles.

In this role, you will facilitate engaging training sessions, evaluate trainee performance, develop training materials, and coach team members on the tools, processes, and skills required to support E-commerce businesses.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in **training, E-commerce, Virtual Assistance, and creative or digital marketing functions**, along with strong communication and coaching skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate live training sessions via Zoom covering company policies, processes, tools, software, and role-specific skills.
• Remain on camera approximately **50–70% of the shift** during training sessions.
• Train newly hired team members and help prepare them for their assigned roles.
• Facilitate onboarding and training activities, including assessments and performance evaluations.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Team Leads and other stakeholders regarding trainee development and performance.
• Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions covering areas such as:
• SEO and digital marketing
• Marketing administration
• Data analytics
• E-commerce website management
• Graphic design
• Social media content administration
• Video editing
• Content creation
• Email marketing
• Provide skills training and coaching to existing team members when needed.
• Create and update training materials, guides, activities, and assessments.
• Develop training plans based on business needs and the requirements of different roles.
• Stay familiar with relevant tools, platforms, and industry practices to ensure training remains practical and up to date.

Qualifications

• At least **6 months of training or facilitation experience**.
• **1–2 years of Virtual Assistant experience** is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in at least **2–3 of the following areas**:
• Social Media Management
• Graphic Design
• Video Editing
• Content Creation
• Email Marketing
• Knowledge and practical experience in **E-commerce**.
• Familiarity with relevant digital tools and platforms such as Adobe Creative Cloud, TikTok Shop Affiliate, Snowball, and similar platforms.
• Experience using **Canva**.
• Experience with **Trainual** is a plus.
• Experience with **Loom** is preferred but not required.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable using workplace communication tools such as **Gmail and Slack**.

Technical Requirements

• **Internet:** Minimum 25 Mbps upload/download speed, plus a backup connection of at least 15 Mbps (hotspot, pocket WiFi, or equivalent).
• **Computer:** Personally owned desktop or laptop with at least 8GB RAM and a processor that meets the role's minimum requirements. Tablets, phones, Chromebooks, and borrowed devices are not accepted.
• **Operating System:** Current supported OS appropriate for the device.
• **Equipment:** Working webcam and microphone.
• **Power:** Reliable primary power source with a backup solution such as a generator or portable power station.
