SALES EXECUTIVE

The Sales Associate will support the sales team in various administrative and customer service tasks to ensure smooth operations within the sales department. This position is ideal for individuals with prior experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the glass and aluminum industry or construction field.

Key responsibilities

Assist customers by answering queries, providing product information, and addressing basic concerns. Support the sales team with daily activities, including processing orders, preparing quotes, and following up with customers. Assist in the preparation of proposals and bid documents, from initial drafting through submission, ensuring accuracy and completeness of requirements. Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and managing sales documents. Assist in monitoring inventory levels, preparing stock reports, and coordinating with the procurement team for order fulfillment. Develop a basic understanding of glass and aluminum products to assist in responding to customer inquiries. Help process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications, directing inquiries to the appropriate sales team members as needed. Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, promotional materials, and other sales initiatives. Support the coordination and logistics of trade shows, customer meetings, and other sales events. Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field. Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role is beneficial but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Good organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
