About the role
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns through phone, email, chat, or other communication channels. Provide accurate and timely information regarding banking and financial products, services, accounts, and transactions. Assist customers with account-related concerns, including account inquiries, payments, transfers, and basic banking transactions. About you
- Associate's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Accounting, Banking, or equivalent
- At least one year of client service experience in banking, financial services, or wealth management
- Exposure to retail banking or wealth platforms like Client Central or Salesforce is a strong advantage
