About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Tele Sales Representative to join our growing team at ACCM Marketing Services in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and customer acquisition through outbound sales calls. As a Tele Sales Representative, you will be the voice of our clients' brands, engaging with potential customers and converting leads into valuable sales. Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to qualified leads and prospects in a professional and persuasive manner
• Present products and services to potential customers, highlighting key benefits and addressing customer needs
• Qualify leads by asking targeted questions and understanding customer

requirements

Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIsMaintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, call outcomes, and sales activities in the CRM system

• Follow up with interested prospects to move them through the sales pipeline
• Handle customer objections professionally and provide solutions to close sales
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support collective sales goals
• Provide feedback to management on customer responses, market trends, and opportunities for improvement
• Adhere to company policies, compliance requirements, and quality standards throughout all customer interactions
• What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification required
• Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or customer service roles (1-3 years preferred)
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively
• Strong listening skills and ability to understand customer needs and concerns
• Resilience and confidence to handle rejection positively and maintain motivation
• Proficiency with computers and CRM software; experience with sales management tools is beneficial
• Ability to work independently while meeting strict targets and deadlines
• Organisational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple leads and follow-ups
• Positive attitude, energy, and enthusiasm for engaging with customers
• Fluency in English; additional language skills (Filipino, Spanish, or other languages) are highly valued
• Availability to work flexible hours if required to accommodate different time zones or client needs
