About the role
- Responsibilities: Create bonus reports for programs
- Execute and adhere to program specified and approved bonus process
- Collate all data, follow-up with program leaders if necessary, and validate any disputes to process and complete bonus reports
- Enforce process and act with integrity and transparency of the report. From sharing data sources, Program based document, dispute handling and approval process
Implement and enforce policy and bonus process as outlined and approved by program VPRequirements:A college graduate or has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Accountancy, Mathematics, Economics or any related course
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Experience in Reporting
Must be willing to work flexible
schedule
