Healthcare Recruiter - US Healthcare

We're looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to support our growing US healthcare recruitment operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience recruiting healthcare professionals for the US market, particularly candidates with onshore recruitment exposure. You'll be responsible for identifying qualified healthcare professionals, managing candidate pipelines, and supporting the recruitment process from sourcing through endorsement and placement.

Key responsibilities

Source and identify qualified healthcare professionals for US-based opportunities. Manage recruitment for various healthcare positions, including nurses, allied health professionals, and other clinical roles. Conduct candidate screening and initial qualification calls. Assess candidates based on experience, credentials, availability, and client requirements. Maintain an active pipeline of qualified healthcare candidates. Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Endorse qualified candidates to clients or Account Managers. Ensure candidate information and recruitment records are accurate and up to date. Meet recruitment targets and support timely fulfillment of healthcare requisitions.

About you

Proven experience in US healthcare recruitment. Experience recruiting nurses, allied health professionals, clinical professionals, or similar healthcare roles. Background in onshore US healthcare recruitment is highly preferred. Familiarity with US healthcare staffing and recruitment processes. Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize candidates effectively. Comfortable working on a night shift schedule.
