Our client is a growing Australian-based home services company specializing in driveway restoration and protection. Experiencing high lead volumes through paid digital advertising, they are seeking a professional remote receptionist to ensure every customer inquiry is captured, qualified, and converted into booked appointments.

Job Description

You will serve as the primary first point of contact for prospective customers generated through advertising campaigns. In this customer-facing role, you will qualify inbound leads, answer basic service inquiries, schedule on-site quotes directly into the owner's calendar, and escalate complex technical questions appropriately. Your responsiveness and phone presence will directly impact conversion rates and company revenue growth. Schedule Monday to Friday 9:00 Am to 6:00 PM, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and inquiries promptly from leads generated via digital advertising
• Qualify leads by asking targeted questions regarding their driveway cleaning, sealing, and restoration needs
• Schedule on-site quote appointments directly into the owner's calendar via a custom CRM system
• Answer basic service questions and escalate complex or technical inquiries to the business owner
• Conduct follow-ups with pending leads to maximize appointment conversion rates

Log all customer interactions, lead records, and appointment details accurately in the CRMManage high volumes of incoming inquiries efficiently during peak advertising periods

Deliver friendly, professional customer service that represents the company brand

Must-Have

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills with a clear, professional, and confident phone presence
• Proven experience in receptionist, customer service, or appointment setting roles
• Comfort making and receiving phone calls with Australian customers
• Demonstrated ability to handle high volumes of inbound leads efficiently
• Experience using CRM systems to log interactions, track follow-ups, and manage calendar scheduling
• Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
• Professional demeanor representing a home services business to prospective clients
