Full Job Description

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to strengthen the company’s brand, increase customer engagement, generate leads, and support sales growth. The role oversees marketing campaigns, digital marketing activities, promotions, content development, and coordination with different departments and branches. Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy and Planning

Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company goals and sales objectives. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives. Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences. Develop annual and monthly marketing plans and campaigns. Digital Marketing

Manage the company’s social media platforms and digital marketing activities. Develop strategies for social media engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness. Monitor digital campaign performance and recommend improvements. Coordinate online advertising campaigns and promotional activities. Content and Brand Management

Oversee the creation of marketing materials, social media content, advertisements, and promotional materials. Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with the company’s branding and guidelines. Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and external suppliers when necessary. Review and approve marketing content before publication. Promotions and Events

Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, events, product launches, and other marketing activities. Coordinate with branches and sales teams to ensure proper execution of promotions. Monitor campaign implementation and evaluate results. Support branch-level marketing initiatives and activities. Sales and Marketing Support

Work closely with the Sales team to develop campaigns that support sales targets. Provide marketing materials, promotions, and lead-generation support to branches and sales personnel. Identify opportunities to increase customer acquisition and retention. Analyze customer feedback and market data to improve marketing strategies. Market Research and Analysis

Monitor competitors, market trends, customer behavior, and industry developments. Analyze marketing campaign performance, customer engagement, and lead-generation results. Prepare marketing reports and recommend strategies based on data and market insights. Budget and Vendor Management

Assist in preparing and monitoring the marketing budget. Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, influencers, and other marketing partners. Monitor marketing expenses and ensure activities are within approved budgets. Team Management

Supervise and guide marketing staff and other assigned personnel. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of marketing activities. Train and coach team members on marketing processes and best practices. Reports and Administration

Prepare regular reports on marketing campaigns, social media performance, leads, promotions, and other marketing metrics. Maintain organized marketing files, materials, and databases. Coordinate with management and other departments regarding marketing requirements. Perform other marketing-related duties assigned by management. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. At least 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably with supervisory or managerial experience. Experience in digital marketing, social media management, content development, and campaign management. Experience in retail, sales, B2B, or consumer marketing is an advantage. Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, branding, promotions, and customer engagement. Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and analytical skills. Creative, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital marketing platforms. Willing to coordinate with multiple branches and departments. Willing to work in an office-based setup. Benefits
