National Sales Manager for Retail

The National Sales Manager for Retail & Distributor Accounts (NSM-RT & DAG) is responsible for leading nationwide sales operations across all modern trade retail channels and distributor-managed accounts. The role has full ownership of both the Retail Team (Key Account Managers) and the Distributor Accounts Group (DAG Team), ensuring alignment in strategy, execution, and performance across all channels. The NSM drives overall sales growth, distribution expansion, and execution excellence through both direct account management and National Distributor partnerships. This includes ensuring that all accounts are consistently serviced with high on-shelf availability (OSA), timely delivery, and best-in-class in-store execution.
