HR Generalist

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join the DHL Supply Chain Phils., Inc. team at our Bustos, Bulacan location. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial strategic role in supporting the human resources operations of our growing logistics and supply chain business. As an HR Generalist, you will be the key point of contact for employees across multiple functions, providing comprehensive HR support and ensuring that our people practices align with our business objectives and company values. This role is essential in maintaining a positive workplace culture whilst driving operational efficiency and employee engagement across our operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes
• Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees and managers on policies, procedures, and employment-related matters
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives aligned with company objectives and legal

requirements

• Support the coordination of training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and career progression
• Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and regulations
• Facilitate communication between management and employees, helping to resolve workplace issues and concerns
• Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and company events
• Assist with compensation and benefits administration, including processing leave requests and managing payroll-related queries
• Support recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination
• Monitor HR metrics and provide reports on key performance indicators to senior management

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in an HR Generalist role or similar HR position
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, labour regulations, and HR best practices in the Philippine context
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
• Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
• Experience in the logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing sectors is highly desirable
• Certification in HR practices or professional development (such as PHRM or equivalent) is preferred
• Excellent organisational and record-keeping abilities
