Technical Support Engineer

AP Cargo Logistics Network Corporation is looking for a Technical Support professional to join our Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Team. If you have a strong interest in troubleshooting, computer hardware and software, operating systems, and networking, this opportunity may be for you!

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support to users experiencing hardware, software, and system-related concerns
• Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware and software issues
• Install, configure, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
• Perform operating system installation and related technical configurations
• Assist with basic network troubleshooting and technical concerns
• Monitor and address reported technical issues in a timely manner
• Perform other ICT-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Knowledgeable in operating system installation and computer networking
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting
• Strong logical and analytical thinking skills
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple technical concerns
• Willing to work on-site in Pasay City
