Full job description

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
With 1-2 years of experience in training, learning and development, or talent development roles.
Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Ability to design training materials, programs, and career development plans.
Proficiency in MS Office or training software (e-learning platforms, LMS, etc.).
Ability to analyze training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.

Identify training needs through assessments, evaluations, and consultation with management.
Design, develop, and implement training programs to support employee growth.
Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and orientation programs.
Create and update training materials, manuals, and learning resources.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
Track employee development progress and maintain training records.
Support career development initiatives, including coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
Coordinate with department heads to ensure training programs align with organizational goals. Assist in other HR functions
