Performance Tester (ASAP Joiner/Onsite)

We are seeking a skilled Performance Tester with hands-on experience in Apache JMeter and Micro Focus Load

Runner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing performance, load, stress, and scalability tests to ensure optimal application performance and reliability. The candidate should have strong analytical skills and experience identifying performance bottlenecks across web, API, and enterprise applications.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using JMeter and Load

Runner. Perform Load, Stress, Endurance, Volume, and Scalability Testing for web and API-based applications. Analyze performance test results and identify application, database, and infrastructure bottlenecks. Monitor system performance using tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana, or similar monitoring solutions. Collaborate with developers, QA teams, business analysts, and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues. Prepare detailed performance test plans, test scenarios, execution reports, and recommendations. Validate system performance against defined SLAs and non-functional requirements. Conduct root cause analysis and provide tuning recommendations for application and database performance optimization. Integrate performance testing activities within CI/CD pipelines where applicable. Participate in requirement reviews and provide performance testing estimates and strategies.
