The role:You will be responsible for managing incoming phone calls from customers and clients, addressing level 1 & 2 matters. The role/s also include managing an inbox, and performing other administrative tasks (blended support). You and your experience:3 years experience in customer service (voice) role, providing warranty / technical support for consumer goods / electronics. Previous experience in either household appliances or heating (gas and wood) product preferredExeptional English communication skills (written and spoken)
