Position Overview

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and creative Technical Writer to join our remote team in the Philippines. You will play a key role in creating clear, user-friendly documentation for our suite of software products. Your work will empower our users and enhance their overall product experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and maintain comprehensive documentation including user guides, API references, online help, and installation manuals.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure technical accuracy and completeness.
• Review, revise, and standardize content for clarity, tone, and consistency.
• Integrate visuals such as diagrams and charts to support and improve user comprehension.
• Conduct usability assessments and gather user feedback to refine documentation.
• Stay informed of the latest trends in software development and technical communication.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technical Communication, English, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience as a technical writer, preferably within the software or IT industry.
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
• Understanding of software development processes, APIs, and common programming concepts.
• Proficiency with documentation tools (e.g., MadCap Flare, Adobe Robo

Help, Microsoft Word).

• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive both independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and version control tools (e.g., Git).
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Markdown.
• Ability to tailor documentation to a range of audiences, from technical developers to general users.
• With experience in writing manuals, operating procedures, processes, and software systems.
• With experience in writing website content and informational blog content.

• Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php27,724.00 per month
