The role centers on maintaining accurate financial records, carrying out reconciliations, and keeping accounting data organized and properly recorded. The candidate should be detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working independently once initial training is complete.

Key Responsibilities

• Run bank reconciliations so accounting records align with bank transactions
• Maintain and manage accounting entries within QuickBooks Online
• Handle bookkeeping duties such as recording invoices and keeping financial records up to date
• Keep financial data in the accounting system accurate and well organized
• Help sustain structured accounting workflows and processes
• Assist with ongoing accounting tasks and projects as required
• Make sure financial records are properly documented and current

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO)Solid understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles
• Command of accounting terminology and financial processes
• Ability to carry out bank reconciliations accurately
• Experience maintaining accounting records in Quick

Books

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with financial data
