• Full job description
• Software Engineer I (Mobile App Developer - Flutter)
• Work Setup: Full Onsite
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9AM–6PM

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent
• Must have at least 1 year of work experience as a Flutter Developer
• Strong knowledge of Dart inner workings and standards
• Experience with state management (e.g., BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, or GetX)
• Background in integrating hardware into applications is a plus
• Published an app on Google Play Store or Apple App Store, with portfolio presentation, is a plus
• Background in AI development within Flutter applications is an advantage

Job Description

• Develop and build advanced applications for iOS/Android using Flutter
• Improve interface design for better user experience
• Participate in the full application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
• Write optimized and secure code
• Contribute ideas to improve products and applications
• Complete and deliver tasks on time and to the highest standards
• Collaborate and communicate efficiently with teammates and the team leader
• Suggest ideas on database structure and system optimization
• Participate in frontend/backend development activities, including integration with GitHub, APIs, SQLite, Firebase, or similar
• Provide task estimates to the team leader for specific assignments
• Submit pull requests after development
• Coordinate with team members on any issues encountered during development
• Report to the team leader regarding daily tasks and encountered problems
• Work closely with end-users, developers, and project management as part of the Software Development team
• Perform other tasks as needed

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
