As an HR Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the growth and success of our organisation. This position is central to building high-performing teams and ensuring that Goods Fiesta Enterprises Inc. attracts the best candidates to drive our business objectives forward. Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and sourcing plans to attract qualified candidates for various organisational roles
• Post job advertisements across multiple platforms and manage recruitment campaigns to maximise candidate visibility and engagement
• Screen resumes and applications, conducting initial assessments to identify candidates who meet the specified job requirements
• Conduct first-round interviews and preliminary assessments with potential candidates to evaluate their suitability for available positions

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in recruitment
• Proven experience of 1 years in recruitment or talent acquisition within a professional environment
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment legislation, and hiring procedures
