HR Supervisor

The HR Supervisor is responsible for the effective execution of talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR services programs to support the organization's workforce needs and employee experience. Working closely with the HR Manager and business leaders, the role ensures timely hiring, seamless delivery of employee lifecycle processes, and the implementation of engagement initiatives that promote a positive and productive work environment. The position serves as a key HR partner in supporting recruitment activities, employee programs, policy administration, employee concerns, and HR process improvements. The HR Supervisor is expected to maintain high service standards, ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations, and contribute to building a positive employee experience from onboarding through offboarding. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. At least 6 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with substantial exposure to Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and HR Operations/Services.
