Job Responsibilities: Strategy & Campaigns: Create and launch integrated marketing campaigns, seasonal menus, and brand promotions across multiple restaurant concepts. Digital & Social Media: Oversee online presence, content creation, social media channels, paid ads, and customer database/loyalty initiatives. Local Store Marketing: Coordinate store-level activations, community tie-ins, and local launch events to boost individual branch performance. Budget & Vendor Management: Manage marketing funds, evaluate return on investment (ROI), and deal directly with creative agencies, influencers, and media partners. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations and senior management to align promotional calendars with inventory and sales goals.
