Facilitate onboarding for new hires by preparing orientation materials and conducting induction sessions. Assist in recruitment process, including creating
job description
s, posting job ads, sourcing candidates, and coordinating interviews. Ability to conduct first round interview screening. Facilitate offboarding for employees ensuring all documentation is complete, recorded and company assets returned. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Address various HR-related queries from employees regarding policies, benefits, and employment terms. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards. Assist in conducting performance appraisals and providing support during the review process. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave management, and welfare initiatives. Coordinate office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with established policies. Participate in HR audits and ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations. Provide general administrative support, including handling emails, phone calls, and inquiries. Qualifications & Skills: Desired - bachelor’s degree in human resources or office administration.5+ years of experience in HR roles. Proficient in MS Office
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and multitasking abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a remote work environment.
