Senior UI/UX Designer (Mobile Applications - IOS/Android)

About the Role: The Senior UI/UX Designer will focus on enhancing the overall user experience and interface across the project. Responsibilities include conducting user research, developing wireframes and prototypes, and designing interfaces that are both functional and visually engaging. Key activities include:

• Conduct user research and gather insights through usability testing.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts.
• Design responsive web and mobile app experiences across relevant devices, platforms, screen sizes, and interaction patterns.
• Work with project stakeholders to align designs with project objectives.
• Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides and specifications.
• Apply user-centered design principles to improve usability and the overall user experience.
• Ensure designs are responsive, adaptable, and consistent across web and mobile platforms. Qualifications
• At least 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a solid portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating user interfaces for complex systems.
• Demonstrated experience designing mobile applications or mobile-first experiences for iOS and/or Android, including responsive layouts, touch interactions, navigation patterns, and platform conventions.
• A portfolio that includes mobile app design work, interactive prototypes, and examples of user-centered design decisions.
• Proficiency in Figma and other prototyping tools.
• Experience in designing for operations delivery, procurement, financial management, and enterprise applications.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability testing, responsive design, accessibility, and cross-platform design.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
