1 Able to learn our Loss Prevention Solutions and other JCI retail solutions 2 Assist in installing and configuring of systems and related security devices.3 Support field technicians during product installation, testing, and maintenance.4 Monitor the performance of systems and respond to technical issues reported by clients.5 Conduct basic training for clients on how to use and maintain the systems.6 Document configurations, maintenance activities, and user manuals.
