About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Finance Manager to join our growing Fin

Tech team. In this role, you will oversee the company’s Philippines financial operations, provide strategic insights, and ensure strong financial governance as we scale. You will work closely with senior leadership and report directly to the Australian CFO (PIL). The successful candidate will manage financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and internal controls for the Philippines companies to ensure strong financial performance and operational efficiency. Responsibilities

This is a hands‑on leadership role that will involve actively contributing to day‑to‑day operations, taking ownership of key tasks, and supporting the delivery of core activities, including the following:”Facilitate daily financial operations including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, banking and cash flow. Be proficient in complete month-end and year-end closing activities. Updating financial records for month end close to produce monthly management reports. The preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business growth

Manage payroll and taxes. Ensuring all financial data adheres to current tax laws and regulations. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with PFRSManage BIR, SEC, and regulatory submissions specific to Fin

Tech operations

Coordinate audits (internal and external) and ensure strong internal controls. Ensuring audit is completed on time

Strengthen internal financial controls and implement best practice for financial risk management practices. Lead and mentor a small finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and innovation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.5+ years of experience in finance or accounting. Experience in Fin

Tech, banking, lending, digital payments, or startup environments is an advantage. Strong knowledge of PFRS, taxation and corporate finance principles. Proficiency in financial systems, digital tools, and/or cloud-based accounting platforms, including QuickBooks, excel, and other specific software to the role. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and technology-driven environment
