Full job description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Brand Designer to support the strategic growth of Auro Cafe's brand and product categories. This is a crucial, hands-on role for a passionate individual who wants to build a career in the dynamic Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. The Associate will work closely with the Brand & Category Supervisor to execute brand initiatives, analyze market data, and ensure a seamless product lifecycle from concept to customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Market & Data Analysis: Assist in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and compiling consumer insights to identify trends and opportunities. Track and analyze sales data to help generate regular performance reports for all product categories.
• Product & Menu Support: Help manage the product database and assist in the development and launch of new menu items and retail products. Coordinate with the culinary, R&D, and operations teams to ensure new offerings are developed and implemented smoothly.
• Marketing Execution: Support the marketing team in executing brand campaigns, in-store promotions, and digital content. Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all communication channels, from social media to menu boards.
• Operations Coordination: Act as a key liaison between the brand team and cafe operations. Assist in creating training materials for cafe staff and ensure they are well-informed about new products and promotions.
• Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative duties, including organizing project files, scheduling meetings with cross-functional teams, and tracking project timelines to ensure all deadlines are met.
