Sales Executive

Metro Pacific Fresh Farms, Inc. (MPFF) is looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to help expand our customer base and bring fresh, quality produce to more customers. You will identify and develop new sales opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, and promote MPFF's fresh produce and other available products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities and potential customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Promote and sell MPFF's fresh produce and other available products
• Conduct client visits, presentations, product introductions, and follow-ups
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and other required sales documents
• Negotiate with customers while ensuring company pricing and policies are followed
• Monitor customer orders, deliveries, payments, and overall account

requirements

• Coordinate closely with Operations, Packing, Logistics, and other teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agribusiness, or a related field
• Preferably with experience in sales, business development, account management, FMCG, food, agriculture, or fresh produce
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Confident in dealing with clients and developing business relationships
• Results-driven, proactive, and highly organized
• Willing to conduct field/client visits as needed
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with different teams

Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace

Valid driver's license is an advantage
