• The responsibilities of a Nurse Development - Team Lead are outlined but not limited to the following:
• Conducting Clinical Assessments of nurses to identify areas of improvement needed to meet the standards and expectations of U.S. Nursing standards
• Virtual Check-in’s with nurses every 6 months to evaluate progress on areas identified in the Clinical Assessment as areas for improvement and will provide education and resources to assist the nurse with further study
• Prepare nurses for the client interview by conducting an individual virtual coaching session to prepare the nurse candidate for success
• Facilitates the Client/Nurse Interview via virtual meeting and communicates with nurse the outcome. Creates the nurse Resume to provide to the Client facility

Required Qualifications

• PH Registered Nurse
• US Registered nurse
• With a minimum 2 years Medical-Surgical or equivalent hospital experience.

Preferred

• Clinical training and/or instructor experience is an advantage
