RPA Developer

The RPA Developer - UiPathdesigns, develops, and deploys automation solutions using the UiPath platform to streamline business processes. Collaborates with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, implement solutions, and ensure continuous optimization.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze, define, and document business processes, identifying opportunities for automation.
• Design, develop, and test robust and scalable automation workflows and solutions using UiPath Studio, ensuring they meet business requirements.
• Manage the deployment of RPA solutions to production environments using UiPath Orchestrator, monitor their performance, and provide timely support for any issues.
• Work closely with business analysts, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure seamless integration with existing systems, and deliver successful automation projects.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed automation processes, including Process Design Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
• Provide ongoing support for deployed automations, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and continuously optimize processes for improved efficiency, reliability, and performance.
• Adhere to and contribute to RPA development best practices, including code standards, version control, and exception handling.

• Education – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications: Preferred – UiPath Certified RPA Associate (UiRPA) or UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD).
• Related Work Experience - 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development, with a strong understanding of the complete RPA project lifecycle (analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support).
• Experience in programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, Python, or Java.
• Experience working in Agile development environments is an advantage.
• Extensive hands-on experience in UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and Robots.
• Knowledge –
• Deep understanding of process design, exception handling, logging, and version control in RPA development.
• Proficiency in C#, VB.NET, or Python for workflow logic and integration; experience with REST APIs and SQL for database operations.
• Skilled in creating and maintaining Process Design Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
• Familiarity with UiPath AI Center, Document Understanding, Process Mining, or Automation Hub.
• Foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, and data structures used in automated workflows.
