About the role
Handles end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination, selection, and onboarding support, ensuring timely hiring of qualified employees across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting and sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Review applications, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate records, recruitment trackers, and applicant status reports.
- Prepare and facilitate pre-employment requirements and onboarding documents.
- Coordinate with third-party recruitment agencies and monitor candidate endorsements.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future manpower requirements.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
- Prepare job postings and ensure vacancies are advertised through appropriate channels.
- Assist in recruitment activities such as career fairs, campus recruitment, employee referrals, and other sourcing initiatives.
- Provide regular recruitment updates and reports on hiring progress, open positions, and recruitment metrics.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Perform other HR and recruitment-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment is highly preferred.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms is an advantage.
- Experience coordinating with third-party recruitment agencies is a plus.
- Strong communication, interviewing, and coordination skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment deadlines.
